U „Službenom glasniku Republike Srbije” broj 88 od 13. decembra 2019. godine objavljen je Pravilnik o overavanju medicinskih termometara koji stupa na snagu 21. decembra 2019. godine.

Ovim pravilnikom bliže se propisuju način i uslovi periodičnog i vanrednog overavanja medicinskih termometara koji se koriste za zaštitu zdravlja u zdravstvenim ustanovama, zahtevi koje termometri moraju da ispune pri overavanju, kao i način utvrđivanja ispunjenosti tih zahteva.

U „Službenom glasniku Republike Srbije” broj 88 od 13. decembra 2019. godine objavljen je Pravilnik o overavanju manometara za merenje krvnog pritiska koji stupa na snagu 21. decembra 2019. godine.

Ovim pravilnikom bliže se propisuju način i uslovi periodičnog i vanrednog overavanja manometara za neinvanzivno merenje krvnog pritiska, zahtevi koje manometar mora da ispuni pri overavanju, kao i način utvrđivanja ispunjenosti zahteva za manometre.

Na Zlatiboru, u prostorijama kongresnog centra Dunav turist odmarališta, 12. i 13. decembra 2019. godine, održan je Godišnji sastanak zaposlenih Direkcije za mere i dragocene metale (u daljem tekstu: DMDM). Kao i prethodnih godina i ovo je bila prilika da se jednom godišnje okupe zaposleni iz DMDM, uključujući i one iz područnih jedinica iz Beograda, Novog Sada, Zrenjanina, Subotice, Niša, Kruševca, kao i novoosnovane Grupe za kontrolu i nadzor Užice.

Na već tradicionalnom okupljanju, Čedomir Belić, v.d. direktora DMDM, prezentovao je Izveštaj o radu DMDM za period od 1. januara do 30. novembra 2019. godine, izrazivši zadovoljstvo postignutim rezultatima. Nakon toga, demonstriran je i izvršen prvi metrološki nadzora putem eInspektor sistema. Demonstraciju je vodila Jasmina Pavlović, rukovodilac Grupe za informacione tehnologije, a metrološki nadzor nad vagom u upotrebi čiji je korisnik Dunav turist, izvršili su Dragana Milićević, šef Odseka za kontrolu i nadzor Kruševac i Boško Stefanović, inspektor za metrološki nadzor i nadzor nad prethodno upakovanim proizvodima.

Drugog dana sastanka Jasmina Pavlović, rukovodilac Grupe za informacione tehnologije, Vanja Radojević Milošević, načelnik Odeljenja za pravne, poslove ljudskih resursa, stručno operativne i informatičke poslove i Slavica Simić, rukovodilac Grupe za termometriju, u sklopu priprema za promotivne aktivnosti u 2020. godini prezentovale su rad sa temom: Uticaj metrologije na unapređenje zdravlja, koji je pripremljen na osnovu Izveštaja EURAMET-a. Zaposleni su imali prilike da daju svoj doprinos kroz ideje i predloge budućih promotivnih aktivnosti.

Slavica Simić, rukovodilac Grupe za termometriju, prezentovala je rezultate DMDM u dopunskom poređenju etaloniranja termoparova na osnovu FINAL REPORT - EURAMET.T-S3- EURAMET Project N° 1268.

Dragan Pantić, rukovodilac Grupe za masu, silu i pritisak, predstavio je rezultate DMDM poređenja EURAMET comparison on 1 kg stainless steel mass standards EURAMET.M.M-K4.2015 gde je dobijena merna nesigurnost od 0,044 mg na 1 kg, odnosno pet puta manja od one koja je trenutno u bazi podataka Međunarodnog biroa za tegove i mere BIPM-KCDB.

On the 4th and 5th of December, 2019 Directorate of Measures and Precious Metals hosted third and fifth-year students of Mechanical Engineering Faculty of the University of Belgrade. On that occasion, students were acquainted with metrology system in the Republic of Serbia and the role of DMDM as the National Metrology Institute in it.
The academy visit included a tour through DMDM laboratories where national standards of the SI units are kept, apply the most accurate calibration methods to transmit the SI unit values to end-users, and enable connection with international standards. Also, on this occasion, students were introduced to measuring methods, standard and measuring equipment in testing and calibration laboratories.

Od 2. do 6. decembra. 2019. godine u Direkciji za mere i dragocene metale (DMDM), Jelena Bebić, rukovodilac Grupe za metrologiju u hemiji i dr Katarina Banjanac, angažovana u Grupi za metrologiju u hemiji na razvojnom projektu EMPIR ALCOREF, održale su obuku za proizvodnju i sertifikaciju referentnih materijala etanola u vodi. Obuci je prisustvovalo dvoje zaposlenih iz Istituta za mjeriteljstvo Bosne i Hercegovine i troje zaposlenih iz Biroa za metrologiju Severne Makedonije. Obuka je obuhvatila gravimetrijsko pripremanje sertifikovanih referentnih materijala etanola u vodi i analizu rezultata merenja dobijenih tokom njihove sertifikacije na gasnom hromatografu.

On 20th and 21st of November, 2019 at premises of Bureau of Metrology of Montenegro Jelena Bebić, Head of the Group for Metrology in Chemistry at Directorate of Measures and Precious Metals held training for legal control of exhaust gas analyzers for employees of the Bureau of Metrology of Montenegro. The training attended seven employees.

Within-subject Metrology, fourth-year students of Faculty of Physics of the University of Belgrade visited Directorate of Measures and Precious Metals (DMDM) on November 26, 2019.
Study visit included a tour through laboratories for temperature, time and frequency, DC voltage, large volumes, length, acoustics, and chemistry. During the visit, students had a chance to get closer familiar with: calibration and measurement capabilities of DMDM, International EMPIR project in which DMDM participates in, as well as with other activities DMDM performs as National Metrology Institute.

Directorate of Measures and Precious Metals (DMDM) hosted a training on 21st and 22nd of November, 2019. The training was organized within the Quality Infrastructure Support project in Serbia, implemented by the National Metrology Institute of Germany (PTB) in the field of software testing in measuring instruments, general and administrative aspects of the modular evaluation of measuring instruments and technical implementation of the modular evaluation.
The training was delivered by Goran Grgić, Head of the Laboratory for Mass of the Slovenian Metrology Institute (MIRS) and Damjan Krašovac, an expert in software testing in measuring devices of the Slovenian Metrology Institute (MIRS).
Except for metrologists from DMDM, the training was also attended by metrologists from the National Metrology Institute of Bosnia and Herzegovina (IMBiH).

DMDM representatives: Vanja Radojević Milošević, Head of the Legal, Human Resources, Operational, and IT Department and Jasmina Palvović, Head of Group for Information Technologies attended the EURAMET workshop on: “Communicating Impact of Metrology”. The workshop took place in the premises of the Ministry of Economy of Belgium from 5th to 6th of November, 2019 workshop attended 35 participants, representatives of the national metrology institutes and international metrology organizations.
The workshop summarized the most significant results of campaigns conducted by national metrology institutes during the current year under the auspices of EURAMET, aimed to promote the redefined International System of Units the SI in 2019, and then defined the topics and development goals for 2020 which aim is: raising awareness of importance of metrology and the results of metrological research in significant areas of life: health, environmental protection, energy, and climate change.
The DMDM badges with personal "metrology" messages have received a lot of attention, as something that has changed past standards and caught the smiles of all participants # feelmetrology.

Laboratorije učesnice će snositi troškove međulaboratorijskog poređenja kao i troškove transporta predmeta etaloniranja. Laboratorije su u obavezi da same obezbede transport predmeta etaloniranja do naredne laboratorije učesnice, a u skladu sa tehničkim protokolom poređenja.

DMDM će, kao pilot laboratorija, nakon prikupljanja prijava, svim učesnicama dostaviti tehnički protokol poređenja i odrediti datum početka navedene aktivnosti.

Troškovi koji se uplaćuju na račun DMDM za potrebe poređenja iznosiće 28.000,00 RSD.

By the decision of the Government of the Republic of Serbia No. 119-10234/2019 from October 24, 2019, Nikola Petrović was appointed to Acting Assistant Director for the Metrology Development Sector of Directorate of Measures and Precious Metals. He took office on October 29, 2019.

From 23rd to 25th October the XIII Metrologists Congress was held in Šabac. It was organized by, the University of Novi Sad - Faculty of Technical Sciences, Directorate of Measures and Precious Metals (hereinafter: DMDM) and Society of Metrologists of Serbia. Congress has for its aim the exchange of information, scientific and professional knowledge and quality improvement in all fields of metrology.
On behalf of the Society of Metrologists of Serbia, the attendees welcomed prof. dr Zoran Mitrović, The Congress Chairman of the Board. The Congress was officially opened by Dušan Matijašević, Ph.D. Acting Assistant Director for Metrology Development Sector of DMDM, with a short presentation and promo film, he introduced the attendees with DMDM history, role, importance, its place in quality infrastructure, legal framework and future directions of development of DMDM. He made particular reference to SI units redefinition and DMDM role in its promotion.
During the three-day Congress, participants and stakeholders were able to attend and participate in the work of the sections and to get acquainted with the works in various fields of metrology, which were published in the Proceedings. The workshop was also held: "Inter-laboratory comparisons/PT schemes".
At the Assembly of the Society of Metrologists of Serbia, which was held on the first day, a report on its work was submitted and amendment of its statute was agreed, in accordance with legal changes. Vukan Ogrizovic, PhD, from the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Subotica, University of Novi Sad, was elected as new president of the Society of Metrologists of Serbia.

Mr. Čedomir Belić, Acting Director of the Directorate of Measures and Precious Metals represented the Republic of Serbia on the 54th CIML meeting – the International Organization of Legal Metrology (OIML) which took place from 22nd to 25th of October, 2019 in Bratislava, Slovak Republic. The meeting attended 159 participants from 47 member states.

The meeting discussed the annual report on the OIML's work and outlined the plans and vision of the OIML further organization, as well as other important issues for the work of the organization, which currently has 61 member states and 61 corresponding member states.

On 17th of October, 2019 the EU delegation representatives of the EU-Serbia sub-committee for trade, industry, customs and taxation Ms. Zorica Vasileva, Ms. Lukrecija Kireta, and Mr. Fatih Aydogan visited Directorate of Measures and Precious Metals (hereinafter: DMDM).
The aim of the visit to DMDM was a better introduction with key institutions of the Quality Infrastructure in the Republic of Serbia. On behalf of DMDM, the attendees were welcomed by Dušan Matijašević, Ph.D., Acting Assistant Director for Metrology Development Sector. After a short promo film, the EU delegation representatives were acquainted with work, role, importance and DMDM competences as national metrology institutes of the Republic of Serbia. The visit was continued with a tour through a laboratory for mass.

U „Službenom glasniku Republike Srbije” broj 50 od 12. jula 2019. godine objavljen je Pravilnik o nepokretnim rezervoarima koji stupa na snagu 20. jula 2019. godine.

Ovim pravilnikom bliže se propisuju zahtevi i označavanje za nepokretne rezervoare, način utvrđivanja ispunjenosti tih zahteva, karakteristike opreme za utvrđivanje ispunjenosti zahteva, metode merenja, sadržina obrazaca za rezultate ispitivanja, odnosno merenja, kao i način i uslovi overavanja rezervoara.
