The provisions of Article 25, paragraph 3 of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Business Companies ("Official Gazette of the RS", No. 44/2018 of 08.06.2018) stipulate that a business company cannot be obliged to use a seal in business by a special regulation letters and other documents of the company Acting contrary to the stated provision is a violation of positive regulations of the Republic of Serbia.
