In the ”Official Gazette of RS”, No. 124/14 of November 11, 2014, is published Regulation on evidential breath analyzers, which will come into force on November 20, 2014, and will be applicable as of April 1, 2015.

This regulation prescribes the requirements for evidential breath analyzers, method of determining compliance with these requirements for evidential breath analyzers, method of type examination of evidential breath analyzers, methods of measurement, and the manner and conditions of verification of evidential breath analyzers.

This regulation applies to evidential breath analyzers that measure and display the mass concentration of alcohol in the exhale of respondents. For the purpose of this Regulation, under the alcohol is meant only ethyl alcohol (ethanol).
